MTA Festival 2009 Vendor Registration Form

Greetings from the Mississippi Theatre Association!  This year’s festival is scheduled for January 15 – 18, 2009, in Natchez, MS.  The festival will be held in the City Auditorium located in downtown Natchez.

We invite you to participate in our festival by exhibiting in our exhibit/vendor area which will be located in the Community Center which is one block from the City Auditorium.  This will be our festival headquarters and should have plenty of traffic.

Over the last couple of years our festival has grown. We anticipate that this year will be no different.  We anticipate at least 600 attendees including community theatres, college/university theatres and high schools.  To register, complete the online form and send your check.  The online form can be found at:

For just $100, you will have a table in the Community Center, a listing in the program and have the opportunity to talk to theatre enthusiasts from high schools, community theatres and college/university theatres. Setup will begin Thursday afternoon / evening with the festival beginning Friday morning and ending at noon on Sunday. In addition to the theatre productions we have a number of workshops and social events. We hope you will join us for these events as well. If you are interested in presenting a workshop during the festival, please indicate your interest on the form. 

Don’t miss this opportunity to reach a large concentration of theatre professionals and enthusiasts who would love to talk with you about your products and services. As you know, many of these theatres continue to rebuild or repair their theatres. Your attendance is greatly appreciated.
